๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ท South Korea to ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง United KingdomNope, your plugs won't fit. But an adapter will.

The United Kingdom uses 230 V and South Korea uses 220 V, but similar nominal voltages do not guarantee compatibility. Check that your device's input rating covers the destination supply.

What to pack

Plugbert recommends

Type G (UK 3-pin) adapter

You need a plug adapter. Plugs from South Korea (Type F) don't fit the Type G sockets in the United Kingdom. A Type G (UK 3-pin) adapter fits the listed socket families there. Socket variants can differ; check the actual outlet and adapter rating.

Tip: a "universal" travel adapter may be useful for several destinations. Check its wall-side plugs, grounding and power limits against your trip.

The destination may use a different frequency (60 โ†’ 50 Hz). Check your device's input rating for the local frequency; a plug adapter does not change it.
